Roborock has launched the Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge robot vacuum and mop. The two models have identical functions, but offer different docking station designs: the Curv has a more unusual round shape, while the Edge has an angular finish like older models.
The Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge deliver an impressive 18,500Pa HyperForce suction, a significant increase over the 10,000Pa of Roborock's top model S8 MaxV Ultra. Among the robots are the new DuoDivide Main Brush and FlexiArm Arm Side Brush, each designed to prevent hair tangling and ensure they are sucked into the bin. Thanks to the AdaptiLift Chassis, an industry first, the robot has a new climbing ability. This technology allows it to handle higher thresholds, cantilever chairs and medium-high pile carpets by lifting up to 4 cm (~1.6 inches).
The dock can maintain the robot with 75°C (~167°F) hot water mop washing and hot air drying. You can choose between the larger docking station with built-in water tanks or a more compact option that connects to your home's plumbing. Other features include FlexiArm mops on the back to ensure corners and room edges are cleaned, ‘Hello Rocky’ voice commands and a silent cleaning mode. Moreover, support for the Matter standard is expected in an OTA update in the future.
